If you heard Jennifer Granholm talk, you’d never know there was a surplus. Our state is bleeding businesses and people. The ONLY industry that Granholm saw fit to offer incentives was Hollywood (movie/television etc.). It was a great lesson showing that tax cuts/incentives to industry work – but I guess the stars in her eyes…
